Gidens, Inc. ("Gidens," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation, operates Gidget Business Assistant ("Gidget"), an AI-powered workflow intelligence platform accessible at gidget.gidens.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use Gidget.

By accessing or using Gidget, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

  • Account registration: When you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
  • Business information: Information you voluntarily provide through your use of Gidget, including business details, workflow inputs, compliance questions, and form data.
  • Communications: Messages, feedback, or support requests you send to us.

  • Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with Gidget, including features accessed, actions taken, session duration, and error logs.
  • Device and technical data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring URLs, used for security and performance purposes.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: We use session cookies and local storage to maintain your authenticated session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2.3 AI Interaction Data

Conversations and inputs you have with Gidget's AI assistant may be processed to generate responses, improve service quality, and personalize your experience. See Section 4 for how this data is used.

We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and improve Gidget; authenticate your identity and maintain your account; personalize your experience and remember your business context; respond to your requests and provide customer support; ensure the security and integrity of our platform; comply with legal obligations; and develop new features and services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to serve you advertisements.

4. AI Processing and Data Retention

Gidget uses artificial intelligence to process your inputs and generate responses. Your conversation data may be stored to enable continuity across sessions and to improve response quality over time.

You may request deletion of your AI conversation history at any time by contacting us at info@gidens.com. Upon verified request, we will delete your stored conversation data within 30 days.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors (including cloud infrastructure, AI model providers, and analytics services) who process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of users.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your account and associated data; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Google OAuth and Third-Party Services

Gidget uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in with Google, you are subject to Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) in addition to ours. We only request access to your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google services without explicit additional consent.

9. Children's Privacy

Gidget is intended for use by business owners and professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on Gidget at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Gidget after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
